At some point I'm hoping this blog becomes a public place where I can share the time I spend out in the pacific northwest as well as all of the cooking that I've been doing since out here. I have been taking advantage of the "complete control" that has been granted me in regards to the food and kitchen by experimenting with different recipes and tweaking some of my own. I will eventually get better at food photography and remembering to take photos of my journey through a recipe, but until that point this might be limited to a "what Dani does in Portland" blog with the occasional photo of a finished food project.
For now, back to work!
